Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt, and merchandise must be returned within 15 days of return approval.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Merchandise not in its original/sellable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange and the item(s) will be returned to you. 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please contact Hello@Menee.co to notify our returns team of your return. 

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval of your return. Refunds are issued to the method of payment used and usually take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.
